Public Registers

You can access the following Public Register information online

Please see the Notice of Rights and Obligations. Commercial Use: In addition to the usage rights given in that notice, you may take a single copy of any of the contents of our Public Register Section for your commercial use, provided that you understand that we do not grant you any copyright permission in respect of such copied extracts.

In addition to the registers listed above, the links below provide public register information (in spreadsheet format), under the Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive and the End of Life Vehicle (ELV) Authorised Treatment Facilities (ATF).

We also have public register information from the National Packaging Waste Database(NPWD) via this link

Please note: The Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) came into force on 6 April 2008. These make existing legislation more efficient by combining Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) and Waste Management Licensing (WML) regulations. All existing PPC permits or Waste Management licences automatically became Environmental Permits from 6 April 2008.

We are proposing amendments to the EPR to include Water Discharge Consents, Groundwater Authorisations and Radioactive Substances Regulations Permits. The new EPR will be put in place in April 2010.
